Measurements Olpas covers

MLSS - Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids
Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS) is the concentration of suspended solids in an aeration tank during the activated sludge process, which is a key parameter to monitor the active biomass.
We measure MLSS in the range of 0-20 g/L.
Measurements in the range of 0-100 g/L are available too.

TSS - Total Suspended Solids
Total Suspended Solids (TSS) is the portion of not dissolved solid particles suspended in water. It includes organic and inorganic materials, such as silt, decaying matter, industrial wastes, and sewage.
Olpas TSS sensors measure in ranges from 0-1000 mg/L and 0-2000 mg/L to 0-20 g/L (and many more ranges), and in challenging environments like sewers, overflows or even in dewatering centrate.

PCM - Polymer Concentration Measurement (PE concentration)
Detecting polymer levels helps safeguarding membranes, control overdosing or underdosing, and minimize operational costs or environmental impact
High concentrations during the activation phase, (very) low concentrations for membrane safeguarding and to limit environment risks, and residual polymer/PE-overdosing in centrate.
